This file should contain 3 programs: PlanetEd, ShipEd and RaceEd.
Text files should also be contained wthin this file.

The three programs are editors for Master of Orion (v1.3). Briefly,
they enable you to do the following:

PlanetEd
--------
Allows you to edit all the planet attributes in your game. See 
planeted.txt for a full description.

ShipEd
------
Allows you complete control of the weapons configuration and other
attributes of your fleet. See shiped.txt for a full description.

RaceEd
------
Allows you to change the races that occupy the galaxy (so you could
set all races to be bulrathi, for example).

These programs were written to edit the save game files created by
Master of Orion v1.3. If you have an earlier version, I recommend
patching up to 1.3.

I make no promises that these will work for you, only that they work
for me.
